The Empress of the Eternal Alliance, in the midst of expanding the Alliance, realized it was becoming difficult to communicate and interact with her people that were spread across the galaxy. Contacting two of her top smugglers, Sutta Siqsa and Jax Horizon, the two were able to produce a Nar Shaddaa Sky Palace for Alliance use. Quickly transforming it, it soon became a secondary HQ for the Alliance on the opposite side of the galaxy.
