The Patrol Carrier hoovering above Rishi’s surface serves as one of the main vessels for Republic and Alliance’s military activities, similar to my Umbaran Mobile Base. Kept the blue/orange/yellow theme fitting for the Republic and Alliance, complete with all secured technology from various planets and some standard crew rooms. Skydeck serves as the main cargo storage as well as a mobile cell & prison for some of the most dangerous droids captured across the galaxy.
