I wish we had the red version of Senate Podium Crystal for the Empire themed houses. Your stairways look stunning!
This is also the first NS balcony that I truly like.
Thanks! You could use one of the materials crystals. They are expensive on GTN but solid red usually goes for decent price. I used the blue version in a bedroom on my Haas City apartment.
I also love your stairways and the plant/pots arrangements on the balcony. But I especially like the coloration theme of each room.

This setup actually looks like a ‘vacation retreat’ and it very luxury-hotel/resort-esque. I like it.
another thing…someone commented on your balcony; I like what you did as well. I actually couldn’t really decide on what to theme mine around…tried to just sick with the notion of Nar Shaddaa being a place where you go to get lost, party, and blend in, so I tried really hard to sort of simulate a public speeder docking type area…kind of a valet/parking-lot. I don’t think that I was as successful at achieving that look as much as you were to yours, but maybe down the road we will have some more options decoration wise.
