maybe but ive asked alot of people and no one seems to have it. ive opened 3 hypercrates and among the 200 people in my guild that ive asked, no one got it from any of theirs either
add to that a few dozen people on fleet, etc
it could still just be super rare; which honestly why would the basic version be this rare? but either the drop rates bugged + it cant be found on the gtn; or like so many other deco before it, it was left out of the pack

Can confirm it is bugged or they left it out of the pack. Havn’t seen a single one in about 10 hypercrates we opened

They’ll probably add it to one of the vendors for 1 credit like they’ve done in the past with things missing from packs.
Bioware could just move it to one of the other Explorer packs yet to be released.
you should switch it to unobtainable. They don’t sell them on the esstran exports vendor anymore.
You can still get one out of a decoration pack on the CM.
