It seems the best place to put the Republic ATV would be the outside landing pad on a Tatooine stronghold. You can make a Republic Base out of it, with Republic Shuttles or the Trooper ship at the inside Starship Docking Bay.
That’s pretty much the only place you can put it where it makes sense.. or perhaps the second starship hook on Yavin. I’m not sure if there’s any sensible ones on the Umbara ones but other than that I wouldnt know where else either
