Dropped from trash before the puzzle boss in EV storymode 8m for me.
Just got 2 drop from the trash mobs during the puzzle boss in 16m storymode. So that area seems to have a high likely hood of dropping it
Trash in the caves and droids after the first boss drop it too.
The higher difficulty the more drops my team got.

I actually might be wrong about a guaranteed drop from Soa HM. It is very likely that you get decorations but it might happen that there won’t be anything. I made 3 runs and every time Soa dropped the same decorations, but my friend ran it once on HM and got nothing.
We got 2 of these from the cats before the puzzle, too, and one from one of the grabby droids after the first boss. (8m HM)
