I got this on my first run there today, with the epic sleen mount.
The tree is actually very nicely made, seems balanced size-wise and fits nicely in all 4 Strongholds, providing you have other shrubbery to accompany it.
It’s only placeable on a medium narrow hook, but not on a medium hook.

Does this drop off of the mobs, mini-bosses, or the last main bosses?
Got my off the last boss
I got mine off the last boss along with the Prismatic Mewvorr. I haven’t seen anything drop off the mobs
can you get the tree off of solo mode?
Has anyone seen it drop in HM? I’ve only seen it once running it in SM mode. I’ve run this FP in HM more than 20+ times and haven’t seen it drop.
Dropped from the final boss in solo/story mode, Imperial side, while doing the Shadow of Revan prelude.
These are rewarded for completing a SM flash point, Simply pick up the quest from the NPC quest giver at the entrance, So no matter if the bosses do not drop the decor item you will still get one at the end of the flash point.
