You are supposed to get 4 of those from the “Resolution of Ossus” achievement. The achievement involves 90 daily missions, and to clarify it’s not [DAILY]x90, it’s 90x”complete 5 dailies” mission you get from the D0-5K droid (imp side at least, not sure about pub side).
