Anyone know if these drop off the Elite Defenders or just the final bosses?
Never seen one drop in 20+ runs, havent seen one on the GTN either…
Any proof this thing is in game?
Nobody has ever seen it. As far as I know.
I hope BioWare tells us some day why it is so hard to fix that.

been soloing kuat for the last 4 weeks to reach legendary, havent’ seen a single drop. never seen one on the gtn either. don’t think it’s in the game atm.
I think they should choose a drop rate higher than 0%.
Has this been added to the game, yet? I still have yet to see one.
Pretty sure that this has been dummied out.
Coming Patch 3.1.1. – The “Orbital Power Monitor” Decoration now has a 20% chance to drop from the final boss of Kuat Drive Yards.
They still can ‘forget’ to put this in the final patch!

We got it on the pts tonight so should be making it to live next week
20% sounds like I’ll may see it today after the patch. But reingeneering crafted items also have a 20% chance… and most time it takes forever. BioWares 20% feel like 0,5%…
20% chance to drop off of the final boss. Should be easy to get, as Kuat can be soloed petty easily.
