I can see it in the list of all possible decos, but when will this be actually able to have? will it be expected to look like the one on fleet?

not that i know of. so far, you don’t get it after chapter 16. so it could either be in the next cartel pack, or it could just be something that probably wont exist in the foreseeable future.
