Is this animated or static?
Not sure, it is unobtainable on the PTS since it is part of an unreleased pack
Ah, ok, well if it shows animation in the preview, odds are that it will in the final product too.
It shows animation on the preview, but as Dulfy said we won’t know for certain until we can see the pack items.

I am VERY disappointed with this item. It looks great and all but I was expecting it to be bigger or hang lower. You only see it if you look up.
