I can’t get this to drop from anything, I’m at almost 300 elite kills, three champions and ten lockboxes from the Labor Valey heroic on the Republic side. Last I checked, there was only one currently on the GTN on the Harbinger and it’s going for two mil. Apparently its drop rate is very low. Anyone else have any better luck? If so, where would you advise looking?
I was told to try Prison Busting heroic on Imp side. I’m about to run it shortly. I will let you know.

I just did it and it came when I turned in the quest.
Just got it to drop for me from Commander Rigby the bonus boss from H2 Concierge in Axial Park.
I’ve now killed every champion, finished every heroic multiple times, killed every elite I’ve seen for the past 30 minutes. Still nothing. I must have the worst luck.
Same.. been killing Elites in the heroic area for 4-5h now. Nothing.
I got it Prison Busting. One dropped on trash, and one from the lockbox upon quest completion.
Anyone know if this drops from the Black Hole?
This dropped on Commander Rigby on H2+ Concierge.
It also popped out of the Ancient Prototype Storage Box as mission reward, in the same run :]
I know this is easily farmable because players are listing 10+ at a time on the GTN. I got one from the lockbox quest reward for Prison Busting, but that doesn’t seem all that reliable. Once I figure it out I’ll post here. 🙂
Got this from class questing, no joke. Second assassin in the first mission of the warrior dropped it.
