Looted from Kaon under Siege HM, on the bonus boss once at the 2nd run.
It is clickable, does a 2-second cast named “Deactivating” but the turbine still is turning and does it’s ‘buzzing’ sound no matter what. I’m guessing it’s a glitch of sorts.
Dropped two in the only run I did (SM) – one from the bonus boss and one from the last boss.

ive got this item, been wondering about the deactivating thing myself, ive even got it on the same floor space and the kolo tank from LI (2 narrow pannals in the same hook) still nothing happends when you click on it

With 2.10 you can now deactive it. With sound! It stops spinning.
I can interact with this. When I click on it, I see “Deactivating” channeling, but nothing happens. It is a bug?
