Only works on Small floor tiles, not on Medium Narrow ones.
Still bugged as of 2/26/15. Shows up as 0/0 in your inventory after consuming it.
Someone found a workaround.

Yeah that ‘patch’ broke that work around. My decoration is gone now too.

This item is only able to be placed on Floor Small hook types and NOT Floor Medium Narrow hook type.
this was reported 6 months ago in previous comments and yet no update? way to stay on top of things and have updated/accurate info…..
That may well be true, but I don’t have the item and the in-game Strongholds editor says that it can be.
This item CAN NOT be donated to your guild (it is bought as bound) and CAN NOT be paid for to unlock for your guild. Do not buy for your guild!!
