In keeping with The Wrath’s desire for a lively and restful space, the balcony has been decorated with a wide collection of plants. The Wrath enjoys gardening in her spare time.
So much life! It’s so un-sith-y. xD
Plenty of evil characters like gardening, it’s relaxing. Look at Poison Ivy for example. I can see someone who kills people all day would want a relaxing place. Not to mention, who would expect it from the Emperor’s Wrath? No one would suspect the Emperor’s executioner lives there. Pretty good cover really.
