I hope this Gand gets his rifle when they put him in game.
I noticed this for the Imperial Grenadier. In the preview picture, it shows no weapon, but when you place him in your stronghold, he does have a weapon.
So is this the lungs or no lung kind?
He’s wearing a breathing mask, so I’d assume the kind with lungs.

This decoration does have limited animation, he looks around a little and fidgets with his gun.
