Like every decoration there is no “Bind on”-prefix, so every decoration is tradeable.

In all the pictures this is sitting on a landing pad, does it require a starship hook?
Centerpiece – Nar doesn’t have that hook. I know for sure Coruscant and DK have no ship hook and have a centerpiece hook instead.
