- To Claim Decoration: Open Legacy window (Y) > Achievements > Locations > General > Chapter 3. Select class, right click on reward item up to 50 times.

How can I get this?
Got this today when I completed the Imperial Agent story, Act 3. None of my other characters who had already completed their stories have been given their versions retroactively, however.
Oh! Found this post from Sadriel_Fett under the Hunter sign. You can get these for pre-existing completed characters by going to: Locations -> General -> Chapter 3 -> Click on the completed class, then right-click on the decoration reward icon.
